The2018–19 figure skating season began on July 1, 2018, and ended on June 30, 2019. During this season, elite skaters competed at the 2019European Championships,Four Continents Championships,World Junior Championships, andWorld Championships. They also competed at elite events such as theGrand Prix series andJunior Grand Prix series, culminating at theGrand Prix Final, and theChallenger Series.
Skaters were eligible to compete inInternational Skating Union (ISU) events at the junior or senior levels according to their age. These rules may not have applied to non-ISU events such as national championships.[1]

Anton [Shibnev] very much lost to Elena's skating level and as a result the couple broke up. In December 2018, Shibnev began training with Alla Loboda.
Gogolev won the Minto Summer Skate in the junior division over...Conrad Orzel, Joseph Phan, and Corey Circelli — all of whom are also coached by the [Brian] Orser/Tracy Wilson team.
