  3. ^Ten teams, two from the Eredivisie and eight from theEerste Divisie, play for two spots in the2018–19 Eredivisie. The remaining eight teams play in the2018–19 Eerste Divisie.
  4. ^Twente We're put at the bottom of the league at the start of the season and were excluded from European football for 3 years on 15 December 2015.[1]
