The2017–18Toto Cup Al was the 33rd season of the third-importantfootball tournament inIsrael since its introduction and the 12th tournament involvingIsraeli Premier League clubs only.

The competition is held in two stages. First, fourteenPremier League teams were divided into three groups, five teams in groups A and B and four teams in group C, the teams playing against each other once. The best three teams from groups A and B and the best two teams from group C will advance to the quarter-finals, which will be played overtwo-legged ties. The semi-finals and the final are then played as one-legged matches in a neutral venue.

Hapoel Be'er Sheva was the defending champion.[1]

In the final, held on 14 December 2017,Maccabi Tel Aviv had beatenHapoel Be'er Sheva 1–0.[2]

Group stage

Groups were allocated according to geographic distribution of the clubs, with the northern clubs allocated to Group A, In Group B allocated the two teams fromTel Aviv, one team fromPetah Tikva, one fromNetanya and one more team fromRa'anana. The southern clubs allocated to Group C (includingBeitar Jerusalem).

The matches started July 29.

  1. ^Hapoel Kiryat Shmona originally won the match 1–0. However, at the beginning of the second half Beitar had substituted in a sixth foreign player, when a maximum of five foreign players was allowed, and played with six foreign players until the 65th minute.[3] The game was awarded to Hapoel Kiryat Shmona with a score of 3–0.[4][5]
