It was also the secondBuenos Aires ePrix and the 15th Formula E race overall.^[1]Sam Bird won the race for his first win of the season.^[2]

Mike Conway replacedJacques Villeneuve who parted ways with theVenturi team.^[3]

Salvador Durán re-joinedTeam Aguri for the rest of the season after they split withNathanaël Berthon. The Mexican driver already competed in nine rounds of thefirst season for Team Aguri.^[4]

FanBoost was awarded toJean-Éric Vergne,Sam Bird andLucas di Grassi.^[2]
