At least 27 people were killed in a triplesuicidecar bomb explosion, that hit roadblocks manned by loyalist forces inAden, the largest city in southernYemen, where several jihadist organizations are active. Two car bombs exploded in al-Shaab, west ofAden, and an ambulance exploded near a checkpoint in the center of the city ofMansoura, declared "provisional" capital ofYemen, since its resumption in July 2015 by pro-government forces, after their fight against the ShiiteHouthi rebels.[1] TheYemeni branch of theIslamic State of Iraq and the Levant claimed responsibility for the attack.[2][3]
