Notes
  1. ^
The match betweenRogaška andOlimpija Ljubljana was not held.[4][5] The home side as the organizer of the event refused and was unable to meet the high financial demands of the local police to safeguard the event, which they have deemed as "high risk".[4][5] Olimpija advanced to the next round automatically.[4][5]
  2. ^
The match betweenIlirija 1911 andRadomlje was originally scheduled to be played at the home venue of Ilirija 1911.[6] However, because the turf at their stadium was undergoing a renovation, the match was played inRadomlje.[6]
