The2015–16 season wasHuddersfield Town's fourth consecutive season in theChampionship and 107th year in existence.[1] Along with competing in the Championship, the club participated in theFA Cup andLeague Cup. The season covers the period from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.
On 9 November 2015, following the departure ofChris Powell a few days earlier, theGerman-AmericanDavid Wagner became the first head coach of the club, and the first to be born outside theBritish Isles in the club's 107-year history.
