General elections were held inGuam on November 4, 2014.[1] Voters elected thegovernor,legislature, and territory'sdelegate to theUnited States House of Representatives.

The Democratic and Republican primary elections were held on August 30, 2014.

A referendum was also held on legalization ofmedical marijuana.[2]

One incumbent seats and only senators is not seeking re-election wasBen Pangelinan to the 33rd Guam Legislature until he died in the office on July 8, 2014.
