IncumbentRepublicanCommissioner of AgricultureAdam Putnam sought re-election and won the Republican primary unopposed.[7] Democrat Thad Hamilton,Broward County Soil and Water Conservation District supervisor andIndependent candidate for Commissioner of Agriculture in2010 won the Democratic primary unopposed.[7] Putnam was re-elected to a second term.[6]
IncumbentRepublicanChief Financial OfficerJeff Atwater sought re-election and won the Republican primary unopposed.[8] He faced Democrat Will Rankin, a former Ohio Treasury officer and businessman, in the general election. Atwater was re-elected to a second term.
