The2014 Delaware Senate election was held on November 4, 2014 to elect 10 of the 21 members toDelaware'sSenate. The election coincided with theelections for other offices, including theU.S. Senate,U.S. House of Representatives, andstate house. Theprimary election was held on September 9, 2014.[1]

Delaware Republicans needed to have a net gain of 3 seats to flip the chamber from the Democrats, however, they gained only 1 seat (winning 9 seats compared to 12 seats for the Democrats).
