The 22ndCentral American and Caribbean Games were held November 14–30, 2014 inVeracruz,Mexico.[3][4] The Games featured 36 sports, with most occurred in Veracruz, but some occurred inBoca del Río,Xalapa,Córdoba,Tuxpan, andCoatzacoalcos
The official mascots for the Games were Toto, a smiling figure, and Bamba the iguana.[2]
