The2011–12 Slovenian Football Cup was the 21st season of theSlovenian Football Cup, Slovenia's football knockout competition.Domžale were the defending champions, having won their first Slovenian Cup theprevious season.

Maribor won their seventh cup, beatingCelje in the final afterpenalty shoot-out.

As runners-up of the competition, Celje qualified for thefirst qualifying round[1] of the2012–13 UEFA Europa League, sinceMaribor was already qualified for the2012–13 UEFA Champions League asSlovenian PrvaLiga champions.
