Billed asScream 2007, the 2007 ceremony of theScream Awards, run bySpike TV, was the second annual iteration of these awards, and the first to be held under the "Scream + Year" relabelling. The awards ceremony was held on Friday, October 19, 2007 at theGreek Theatre inLos Angeles[2] and it was aired on Spike TV on the following Tuesday (October 23, 2007[1]).
