Notes

[edit]
  1. ^abDue to security issues caused by theSecond Intifada, Israeli teams were required to play their home matches at neutral venues until further notice.[4] Therefore, Maccabi Haifa were originally scheduled to play their second round home match on 27 November 2003 atİzmir Alsancak Stadium,İzmir, Turkey, instead of their usual stadium,Kiryat Eliezer Stadium,Haifa. However, due to the2003 Istanbul bombings, the match was postponed to 11 December 2003 and relocated toSparta Stadion,Rotterdam, Netherlands.[5]
