The2002 Oregon Ducks football team represented theUniversity of Oregon as a member of thePacific-10 Conference (Pac-10) during the2002 NCAA Division I-A football season. Led by eighth-year head coachMike Bellotti, the Ducks compiled an overall record of 7–6 with a mark of 3–5 in conference play, placing eight in the Pac-10. Oregon was invited to theSeattle Bowl, where the Ducks lost toWake Forest. The team played home games atAutzen Stadium inEugene, Oregon.
