1SB-LSD, or1BS-LSD, also known as1-(4-(trimethylsilyl)benzoyl)-LSD, is apsychedelic drug of thelysergamide family related tolysergic acid diethylamide (LSD).[1] It is thought to be aprodrug of LSD.[1] The drug was encountered online as a noveldesigner drug in September 2025.[1] 1SB-LSD has been sold in the form ofblotter containing 165 μg per tab.[1] It is thederivative of1Bz-LSD (SYN-L-018) in which there is a 4-trimethylsilyl group on thebenzyl ring.[1][2] 1SB-LSD is not an explicitlycontrolled substance in theUnited States[3] or inCanada.[4]
