The1995 Kazakhstan Top Division was the fourth season of the Top Division, now called theKazakhstan Premier League, the highestfootball league competition inKazakhstan.[1]

The relegated teams at the end of the 1994 season wereUralets-Arma andYassi, whilstMunaishy andKainar were promoted in their place. Prior to the start of the seasonKhimik was renamedFC Tobol.
