The1994 Stevenage Borough Council election took place on 5 May 1994. This was on the same day asother local elections. One third of the council was up for election; the seats which were last contested in1990. There was also a second seat up for election in Mobbsbury. TheLabour Party retained control of the council, which it had held continuously since its creation in 1973.
