The1993 NFL draft was the procedure by whichNational Football League teams selected amateurcollege football players. It is officially known as the NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting. Thedraft was held April 25–26,1993, at theMarriot Marquis inNew York City,New York.[1][2] No teams chose to claim any players in thesupplemental draft that year, but theNew York Giants andKansas City Chiefs forfeited their first and second round picks, respectively, due to selecting quarterbackDave Brown and defensive endDarren Mickell in the 1992 supplemental draft.

With thefirst overall pick of the draft, theNew England Patriots selected quarterbackDrew Bledsoe.
