The1992 NCAA Division II football season, part ofcollege football in the United States organized by theNational Collegiate Athletic Association at theDivision II level, began in August 1992, and concluded with theNCAA Division II Football Championship on December 12, 1992, atBraly Municipal Stadium inFlorence, Alabama, hosted by theUniversity of North Alabama. TheJacksonville State Gamecocks defeated thePittsburg State Gorillas, 17–13, to win their first Division II national title.[1]
TheHarlon Hill Trophy was awarded toRonald Moore, running back fromPittsburg State.
