The1992–93 season was the 89th season in the history ofHull City Association Football Club and their first season in theSecond Division since1990–91, yet their second consecutive season in the third tier. This was due to the introduction of thePremier League, which led to therenaming of the tiers beneath it. In addition to thedomestic league, the club would also participate in theFA Cup, theLeague Cup, and theLeague Trophy.
