The1991 Kremlin Cup was a men'stennis tournament played on indoorcarpet courts. It was the 2nd edition of theKremlin Cup, and was part of theWorld Series of the1991 ATP Tour. It took place at theOlympic Stadium inMoscow, Soviet Union, from 4 November through 10 November 1991. Fourth-seededAndrei Cherkasov won the singles title.
