The1990Pro Bowl was theNFL's fortieth annualall-star game which featured the outstanding performers from the1989 season. The game was played on Sunday, February 4, 1990, atAloha Stadium inHonolulu, Hawaii before a crowd of 50,445.[1] The final score wasNFC 27,AFC 21.[2][3]

Bud Carson of theCleveland Browns led theAFC team against anNFC team coached byLos Angeles Rams head coachJohn Robinson.[4] The referee wasJohnny Grier.[1]

Jerry Gray of theLos Angeles Rams was named the game'sMVP.[1] Players on the winning NFC team received $10,000 apiece while the AFC participants each took home $5,000.[5]
