The1974 Arizona Senate election was held on November 5, 1974. Voters elected members of theArizona Senate in all 30 of the state'slegislative districts to serve a two-year term. Primary elections were held on September 10, 1974.^[3]

Prior to the elections, theRepublicans held a majority of 18 seats over theDemocrats' 12 seats.

Following the election, Democrats flipped control of the chamber and took a majority of 18 Democrats to 12 Republicans.^[4]

The newly elected senators served in the32nd Arizona State Legislature.
