The Belfast Group , a grouping of poets inBelfast , Northern Ireland, which was started in1963 in poetry and lapsed in1966 when founderPhilip Hobsbaum left for Glasgow, is reconstituted this year by Michael Allen, Arthur Terry, andSeamus Heaney .
