Delaware was won byincumbent PresidentDwight D. Eisenhower (R–Pennsylvania), running with Vice PresidentRichard Nixon, with 55.09% of the popular vote, againstAdlai Stevenson (D–Illinois), running withSenatorEstes Kefauver, with 44.62% of the popular vote.[5][6]
