The1956 United States presidential election in Delaware took place on November 6, 1956, as part of the1956 United States presidential election. State voters chose three[4] representatives, or electors, to theElectoral College, who voted forpresident andvice president.

Delaware was won byincumbent PresidentDwight D. Eisenhower (RPennsylvania), running with Vice PresidentRichard Nixon, with 55.09% of the popular vote, againstAdlai Stevenson (DIllinois), running withSenatorEstes Kefauver, with 44.62% of the popular vote.[5][6]
