The1953 All-America college football team is composed ofcollege football players who were selected asAll-Americans by various organizations and writers that choseAll-America college football teams in 1953. The eight selectors recognized by theNCAA as "official" for the 1953 season are (1) theAssociated Press, (2) theUnited Press, (3) the All-America Board, (4) theAmerican Football Coaches Association (AFCA), (5) theFootball Writers Association of America (FWAA), (6) theInternational News Service (INS), (7) theNewspaper Enterprise Association (NEA), and (8) theSporting News.

Consensus All-Americans
