Rangers won the league by a single point over second placedDundee, winning 20 of the 30 matches.

TheScottish Cup was won thanks to a 4–1 win overClyde with goals fromBilly Williamson,Jimmy Duncanson and a brace fromGeorge Young.

The club won theLeague Cup with a 2–0 win overRaith Rovers.^[1]
