Delaware was won byincumbent PresidentFranklin D. Roosevelt (DNew York), running withSecretaryHenry A. Wallace, with 54.70% of the popular vote, againstWendell Willkie (RNew York), running withMinority LeaderCharles L. McNary, with 45.05% of the popular vote.[3][4]
