The1938Brownlow Medal was the 15th year the award was presented to the player adjudged thefairest and best player during theVictorian Football League (VFL) home and away season.[1]Dick Reynolds of theEssendon Football Club won the medal by polling eighteen votes during the1938 VFL season.[2]
