The1938–39Scottish Cup was the 61st staging of Scotland's most prestigiousfootball knockout competition. This was the last edition to be played until1946-47, asWorld War II forced all major football competitions in the country to be postponed. The Cup was won for the first time byClyde, who defeatedMotherwell in the final.[1]
