The1934 Minnesota Attorney General election was held on 6 November 1934 in order to elect theattorney general of Minnesota.Farmer–Labor nominee andincumbent attorney generalHarry H. Peterson defeatedRepublican nomineeOscar Youngdahl andDemocratic nominee Alric Anderson.[1]
On election day, 6 November 1934,Farmer–Labor nomineeHarry H. Peterson won re-election by a margin of 90,768 votes against his foremost opponentRepublican nomineeOscar Youngdahl, thereby retaining Farmer–Labor control over the office of attorney general. Peterson was sworn in for his second term on 2 January 1935.[2]
