The1934 Iowa Hawkeyes football team was anAmerican football team that represented theUniversity of Iowa as a member of theBig Ten Conference during the1934 Big Ten football season. In their third season under head coachOssie Solem, the Hawkeyes compiled a 2–5–1 record (1–3–1 in conference games), finished in ninth place in the Big Ten, and were outscored by a total of 153 to 98.[1]

The team played its home games at Iowa Stadium (later renamedKinnick Stadium) inIowa City, Iowa.
