The1924 Georgia Bulldogs football team represented theUniversity of Georgia during the1924 Southern Conference football season. In the team's second season under head coachGeorge Cecil Woodruff, the Bulldogs completed the season with a record of 7–3.[1] It included a narrow 7–6 loss to football powerhouseYale. The other losses in the season came in the last two games againstSouthern Conference (SoCon) championAlabama and Southern championCentre. Six of the seven wins in the season wereshutouts.

The season was also notable for the victory overVanderbilt by a singleScrappy Mooredrop kick,'[2] in which All-American Vanderbilt endLynn Bomar also suffered his career ending injury.[3] Moore's field goal was the last made by a Bulldog until seventeen years later whenFrank Sinkwich did so againstFlorida with abroken jaw in1941.

All-Southerns includedendSmack Thompson andtackleJim Taylor.
