Celtic becameScottish Division One champions.Renton were relegated,Dundee andLeith Athletic re-elected to Division One.

Clyde were elected to Division One,Hibernian andCowlairs remained in theScottish Division Two.Port Glasgow Athletic were docked seven points for fielding an ineligible player.
