The1884 United States presidential election in Connecticut took place on November 4, 1884, as part of the1884 United States presidential election. Voters chose six representatives, or electors to theElectoral College, who voted forpresident andvice president.
Connecticut voted for theDemocratic nominee,Grover Cleveland, over theRepublican nominee,James G. Blaine. Cleveland won the state by a very narrow margin of 0.94%. Cleveland was the first Democrat to win without New London County since1844 and Middlesex County since1832.
