The1884 Missouri lieutenant gubernatorial election was held on 4 November 1884 in order to elect thelieutenant governor of Missouri.Democratic nomineeAlbert P. Morehouse defeatedRepublican nominee H. M. Starkloff andPeople's nominee Henry Eshbaugh.
On election day, 4 November 1884,Democratic nomineeAlbert P. Morehouse won the election by a margin of 29,762 votes against his foremost opponentRepublican nominee H. M. Starkloff, thereby retaining Democratic control over the office of lieutenant governor. Morehouse was sworn in as the 20thlieutenant governor of Missouri on 12 January 1885.[1]
