TheUnited States House of Representatives elections in California, 1882 was an election forCalifornia's delegation to theUnited States House of Representatives, which occurred as part of thegeneral election of the House of Representatives on November 7, 1882. California gained two seats as a result of the 1880 census, which were at-large districts for this election, becoming the new 3rd and 6th districts in1884. Democrats won both at-large seats. Of California's existing districts, Democrats won both Republican-held districts.
