The16 Carat Gold Tournament is an annualsingle-elimination tournament produced by theWestside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw) promotion. The sixteen-man tournament was first conceived by wXw in 2006 and has been held every year since then with the exception of the 2021 edition which was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since 2007, the tournament winner has received a championship opportunity for thewXw Unified World Wrestling Championship, the promotion's top title, with a few exceptions due to championship vacancy.
