Östermalms IP is asports ground located in theÖstermalm district ofStockholm,Sweden. Completed in 1906, the facility played host to several sports during the1912 Summer Olympics. These sports includedequestrian,fencing (including the part for themodern pentathlon), andtennis. It also hosted the exhibition forbaseball at those same games. Current tenants are thebandy department ofDjurgårdens IF,[1] the youth program of the said club'sfootball department and several lower league teams. The athletic grounds also hosts aspeed skating rink during winter.
The ice hockey rink was completed for the 1926–1927 season.[2]
