SirEmile Fashole-LukeKBE (1895–1980) was aSierra Leonean jurist ofCreole ethnicity and former acting Chief Justice andSpeaker of the House of Parliament of Sierra Leone from 1968 to 1973.[1][2] He retired in 1973.
He also served as theChief Scout of theSierra Leone Scouts Association.
In 1971, Luke was awarded the 68thBronze Wolf, the only distinction of theWorld Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[3]
