Xiqi (Chinese:西期;autonym:ɕi33tɕhi33pho21)[1] is an unclassifiedLoloish language ofHuaning County,Yunnan, China. It is also calledSiqipo 斯期颇 (sɿ55tɕhi55pho21) inMile County.[2]
Pelkey (2011:431)[3] suggests that the Xiqi,Ati, andLong languages ofHuaning County may beSoutheastern Loloish languages. Hsiu (2018) suggests aNorthern Loloish affiliation.[4]
TheHuaning County Gazetteer 华宁县志 (1994:514) lists the following locations of Xiqi.
