William Frank Mahoney (February 22, 1856 – December 27, 1904) was aU.S. representative fromIllinois.

Born inChicago, Illinois, Mahoney was educated in the public schools of the city. He engaged in mercantile pursuits in 1876.

Mahoney served as an alderman on theChicago City Council, representing the9th ward from 1884 to 1887 and the18th ward from 1890 to 1896.[1]

Mahoney was elected as aDemocrat to the57th and58th Congresses and served from March 4, 1901, until his death in Chicago on December 27, 1904.[2]

He was interred inCalvary Cemetery inEvanston, Illinois.
