WISE J2000+3629 (full designation isWISE J200050.19+362950.1) is a nearbybrown dwarf with a temperature less than 700Kelvin (spectral type T8), located in the constellationCygnus. Parallax measurement suggest it is 24.4light-years from Earth,[4] making it one of the nearest known brown dwarfs to the Sun. It was discovered in 2014.
WISE J2000+3629 was discovered in 2014 by Michael Cushing et al[3] using theWide-field Infrared Survey Explorer telescope.
