General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
Image: Image is freely licensed, used in the article, and clear at 100px.
QPQ: Done.

Overall: No objections on this one, passes all criteria, but I'd prefer ALT1 since its more quirky compared to the much more general fact nature of ALT0. Regards,Jeromi Mikhael03:41, 30 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Flag

[edit]

The flag needs a source.Yue🌙 (talk)22:10, 17 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Yue, the flag is reliably sourced on its Commons page to this[1] Encylopedia Iranica article. The AE article itself cites this[2] journal, which seems to contain an image of the flag. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access a copy of the bulletin. I feel that the sourcing on the commons page is sufficient, but if you think otherwise the AE entry can probably just be added to the infobox.CitrusHemlock02:35, 31 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]
