Shenzhen Airlines is anairline headquartered inBao'an,Shenzhen,Guangdong, China. It is based inShenzhen Bao'an International Airport.[2][3]
It has been a member ofStar Alliance since 2012, and is currently one of two Chinese airlines that are members.[4] In 2010, the airline carried 16.5 million passengers, up 9% from the previous year.[5] The airline had its headquarters in the Lintian Building at Shenzhen Airport.[6][7]
As of 2025, Shenzhen Airlines is thesixth-largest carrier in China by fleet size, trailing only the 'Big Three' (Air China, China Eastern, and China Southern), Hainan Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines. Operating a fleet of over 200 aircraft, it serves as a key member of the Star Alliance and a major subsidiary of Air China, maintaining a dominant market share at its primary hub, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport.
