TheRoman Catholic Diocese of Raigarh (Latin:Raigarhen(sis)) is adiocese located at the Bishop's House in Kunkuri,Raigarh.[1] It is in theecclesiastical province ofRaipur in India.
On 13 December 1951, it was established as Diocese of Raigarh–Ambikapur from theDiocese of Nagpur andDiocese of Ranchi. Later, on 10 November 1977, it was renamed as Diocese of Raigarh when theDiocese of Ambikapur was erected.
