Robin Fierce is the stage name ofRashawn Lee Jr. (born October 15, 1995), an Americandrag performer who competed on thefifteenth season ofRuPaul's Drag Race.

Early life

Rashawn Lee Jr. was born to Rashawn Lee Sr. inBrooklyn,[2] and raised inHartford, Connecticut.[4]

Career

Prior to competing onDrag Race, Lee worked at aBest Buy store.[5] He competed as Robin Fierce on the show'sfifteenth season in 2023.[6] She and fellow contestantsAmethyst andLoosey LaDuca were the first on the series to represent Connecticut.[7][8] Robin Fierce impersonatedKaren Huger for theSnatch Game challenge.[9] She was eliminated from the competition byJax.[10][11] The show's reunion episode featured a video of Connecticut legislators recognizing competitors from the state.[12]

In 2023, she was a guest speaker atYale Law School. According toYale Daily News, Robin Fierce "made history as the first drag queen guest speaker in the law school’s nearly two centuries of existence, taking her audience through dramatic readings of three children’s and young adult books and then showcasing a dance number."[13][14][15][16] She also attended a flag-raising ceremony at theConnecticut State Capitol to commemorate Pride Month.[17]

Personal life

Lee is based in Hartford.[7] Prior to appearing onDrag Race, he and fellow contestant Amethyst dated.[5][18][19][20]
