Miss Rabia Qari (Urdu:رابعه قارى) (also known as Rabia Sultana Qari) was the firstMuslim womanBarrister of theSouth Asia andPakistan.[1] She was also the first woman electedLahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) president in the 1960s,[1] and the only woman to achieve this until Mrs Fakharunnisa Khokhar (or Fakharin Nisa Khokhar) was elected in 2005.[1][2]

She adopted 5 years old elder daughter ofBoota Singh andZainab. Qari took care of their daughter and she stayed with Qari until her wedding, which took place at Qari's house inLahore.[3]
