TheNorth Korea women's national under-20 football team represents theDemocratic People's Republic of Korea in internationalassociation football competitions in theFIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, theAFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup, and other under-20 women's international football tournaments. The team is governed by theDPR Korea Football Association.

They have won theFIFA U-20 Women's World Cup three times, in2006,2016 and2024. Upon the former triumph, they became the first Asian team to wina FIFA women's tournament and the first Asian football team to win any FIFA tournaments sinceSaudi Arabia's victory in the1989 FIFA U-16 World Championship.

They have also won theAFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup twice, in2007 and again in2024.
